Lodgings for Workshops

Certain members of my congregation are offering rooms for retreat participants on a first come first served basis. These rooms are offered on a "you pay what it's worth to you basis."  Generally this means that you would be expected to pay less than the cost of a B&B or hotel, but a reasonably fair value for what you receive.
